Malignant mixed mullerian tumor (MMMT) of the uterus is uncommon neoplasm composed of malignant epithelial and stromal elements which is classified as homologous or heterologous based on the nature of sarcomatous element. It is highly malignant
and
the
prognosis is poor due to frequent metastasis and recurrence. The author have experienced four cases of malignant mixed mullerian tumors and report our experiences with a brief review of the literature.
